	Potatoes -- UK Data from 20 large scale potato farmers supplying into a product line which holds the Carbon Trust label.
	Canola -- Canada Data from large scale canola growers across Canada
	Tea -- India Data gathered from mixed small scale and estate tea plantations
	Dairy -Netherlands USA Data from Northeastern USA, primarily farms in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and New York.
	Tomatoes -- USA Data from large scale tomato growers in California.
	Lettuce - USA Data from several large growers in the US Midwest and California selling to the same buyer with an added calculation for comparing transport.
	Pulses -- Canada Data from large scale pulse farmers in western Canada.
	Cotton -- India Data from small to medium scale cotton farmers in the WWF Better Cotton Initiative program
	Eggs -- USA Data from several large scale organic egg suppliers
	Wheat-----Germany Data from multiple large grain farmers
